Cervical lymphoma

We have a pap smear of 58 year-old, female patient. The smear reveals multifocal high N/C ratio cells like HSIL. We did immunohistochemical stains CK for epithelial marker and LCA (CD 45) for lymphoid differentiation. Defend on the cytological findings, patient's history and immunohistochemical stains, it is diagnosed lymphoma.
